饲喂方式乳鸽出壳后宜喂小粒饲料以利消化，如绿豆、糙米、小粒玉米、小麦、芝麻、油菜籽等。饲料要清洁没有霉变，要增加种鸽的饲喂次数，延长每次的饲喂时间，使亲鸽有充足的采食时间和哺喂时间。
