冻干管打开后需一次用完，不能留存。另外，安瓿管内大部分是用牛奶做保护剂，里面具体为少数，复苏时要全部菌悬液接在新鲜培养基上，否则可能造成复苏不成功。一些菌种经过冷冻干燥保存后，延迟期较长，需要较长的培养时间或者联系两次的继代培养。用户应菌种的安全存储和操作，带菌废弃物应高压灭菌处理后丢弃。
