Complete Growth Medium Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with 4 mM L-glutamine adjusted to contain 1.5 g/L sodium bicarbonate and 4.5 g/L glucose, 95%; bovine calf serum, 5%
Subculturing Remove medium, and rinse with 0.25% trypsin, 0.02% EDTA solution. Remove the solution and add an additional 1 to 2 mL of trypsin-EDTA solution. Allow the flask to sit at room temperature (or at 37℃) until the cells detach. Centrifuge the cell suspension at 1000 rpm for 10 minutes, resuspend the pellet in fresh culture medium, aspirate and dispense into new culture vessels.
Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:3 to 1:4 is recommended
Medium Renewal: 2 to 3 times per week

Freeze medium: Complete growth medium 95%; DMSO, 5%
